Empowerment Coaching – Personal Growth
This life coach will assist you in building your confidence and overcome obstacles that will work for you in all the areas of your life.  You will improve your mindset, focus, release negative self talk, self esteem and confidence. You can choose to identify negative and abusive treatment from others, set boundaries, learn to see and value yourself

Transitional Coach
A transition is simply a change.
Transitions happen in all of our lives, are all unique. Some we choose, some we welcome, some we don’t. As a Transition Coach I will assist you move ahead as you go thru these transitions. You are the traveler, I, as your Transition Coach will be your guide.  Emotions are often evoked during these transition times and together we can work through your feelings allowing you to feel heard, understood, validated and supported. We will work together so you can achieve personal growth and new beginnings, a happier more peaceful life.

This category can include transitioning professionally, change your residence, from one relationship to another. This term includes transitioning from a person who has been stuck to one who sets goals identifies what they need to move forward and soars to new successes. Transition is the action of moving forward, transformation will be the change you can see.

Life Coach:  This is a broad term widely used by practitioners.  They cover general life goals and include a range of goals, personal and professional. This coach will help and guide you to look at your goals, refine them, break athem into smaller steps, look at what you will need to do to reach them. Courses and certifications are offered in this category to provide a coach a solid foundation they can build on, if they choose.
