Most people set some goals in their lifetime in one or more of the following areas: Personal, Family and Relationship, Career, Financial, Health and Wellness.
To reach your goals it helps if they are
SMART: Specific, Measurable-Meaningful-Motivational, Attainable-acceptable-action oriented, Realistic-Relevant-Rewarding- Results oriented-Reasonable, Time tested, tangible-trackable.
It is best to work on no more than three goals at a time so you don’t get overwhelmed. You may find that as you work through the process and get to know yourself better the goals change. That’s ok! Use your own words, don’t worry about being perfect and concise at the beginning. It’s a journey.
A Coach can help you take a step at a time, stay on track and celebrate your successes. Coaches do not give advice but guide you to find your own answers by providing feedback, encouragement, tools and challenging you.
